Springing Forward

I am so glad that the time changed this weekend. I don't mind losing an hour of sleep at all if it means it gets darker later. The time during the "fall back" period is just, well, depressing. You don't see kids playing in the late afternoon, neighbors talking, etc. I miss it. I've only seend Landis 2 times since the time changed. Anna, my neighbor to the right I've seen more but not that much more. Jackson does miss playing with Witt and it's hard playing when there is only 15 mins of light when we get home.

I'm looking forward to spending the summer on our boat too. I bought a new swimsuit while we were in Orlando. I can't wait to get a tan again. Hanging out at Crab Island and maybe even attending Billy Bowlegs with our own boat. Now that would be fun!

On another note things are looking like Orlando is a real possibility. I don't know if it's something I'm going to end up wanting to go through with but it's not out of the question. It's scary to think of starting in a new place and making new friends but at the same time it's kind of fun. I just want to do what's best for our family. I honestly can't imagine leaving this area but part of me is drawn to leave. That being said is the only way I will contemplate moving is if he is offered the GM position. Now we'll just wait and see!
