Wow, I can't believe it's almost the end of 2007. Next year, gulp, is my 10 year high school reunion. Wow, am I really getting that old? Yes, I do believe I am. So last night I got on Facebook to see who I could find. I had signed up earlier this year but never used it. My only friends were Elizabeth and Jana, but it's not like I have that many people I can add any way.


I'm really glad I go on there. I found Jessica Lawson, now Mure. We went to the dreaded Faith Christian in Montgomery. It was certainly a year from hell for almost every single student who attended. We later on went to JD together. I think she's an incredible sweet and neat person. She's in B'ham now and has the cutest little girl and she's expecting again. It's people like that who I enjoy coming across.

I do hesitate to send a request to someone from the past. I guess I get insecure and think they're going to think I'm nuts for requesting them or that they won't remember me or want to be my friend. It's all in my head, I know. It's honestly being back in high school. And I so want to avoid those feelings I felt back then. And on top of that I hate being so much heavier than I was in high school. Ugh.

Insecurity aside I look forward to finding new old friends!
